学生机械应对、家长“疯狂下单”、学校和老师忙着把收到的作业整理为成果材料……当每一方都只注重结果时,手抄报作业原有的教育意义就在无形中被淡化了。可想而知,当画手抄报成为让学生疲于应付的强制性任务,而他们又并未在日常课程中培养出绘画兴趣,便很容易敷衍应对,或是直接让家长找人“代劳”。

此外,面对一些学生“担心比别人差太多”的观念,学校和家长也应加强引导。毕竟,布置手抄报作业的初衷,并不是让大家都去“卷”第一名,而是通过绘画的过程陶冶情操、学会用艺术的方式抒发内心感受。哪怕绘画技巧上不够纯熟,一些独特的、个性化的表达也应得到更多呵护和欣赏。如此,才能引导学生逐渐培养在绘画方面的兴趣和自信,让艺术成为成长过程中的滋养源泉而非任务负担。

当然,也要看到,一些学校和教师之所以热衷于布置手抄报类、留痕类作业,主要是为了迎合上级部门的要求,或是参加各类评比竞赛。对此,早在2021年4月,教育部就曾发布《关于加强义务教育学校作业管理的通知》,直指一些学校作业质量不高、功能异化等突出问题,明确提出要健全作业管理机制。只有进一步完善和精简相关评比要求,避免重结果轻过程的导向,严控各类大赛、检查、考核活动的数量,才能让各方走出形式主义压力,回归素质教育的初衷。
