红星新闻记者注意到，据国家体育总局网站报道，7月31日，倪会忠还在以国家体育总局冬季运动管理中心党委书记、主任的身份参加会见。

公开简历显示，1968年出生的倪会忠曾长期在国家体育总局工作，历任国家体育总局人力资源开发中心副主任、主任；中国奥委会副秘书长；国家体育总局办公厅主任等职。

2017年12月，倪会忠任国家体育总局冬季运动管理中心主任、党委书记。2022年1月，倪会忠被任命为北京冬奥会中国体育代表团团部秘书长。今年4月8日，北京冬奥会、冬残奥会总结表彰大会在北京人民大会堂举行。据新华社报道，在此次大会上倪会忠作了发言。
