其一，任用了韩信。刘邦被项羽分封为汉王时，在当时的各路诸侯中，除了项羽，实力和人才储备都是数一数二的，这是刘邦的底子。在萧何的大力举荐下，刘邦大胆任用当时还名不见经传的韩信为大将军，直接让汉军的作战能力得到极大提高。韩信除了明修栈道、暗度陈仓外，还创造了木罂渡江、背水一战、囊沙断流、十面埋伏等一系列经典战役，项羽分封的诸侯中，有实力的主要诸侯基本上都是韩信灭掉的，就连不可一世的楚霸王项羽，最后也是被韩信打败。可见，韩信的战斗力一直在线，面对没有败绩的兵仙，章邯就算拥有了三秦之地，又能多出来多少实力呢？打败章邯的项羽，最后都是被韩信打败的，章邯能比项羽更厉害吗？显然不能。这只是其一，还有其二、其三。

其二，汉军深得关中人心。刘邦入关中后，听取张良、萧何等人的建议，约法三章，军队不滋扰关中的百姓，对秦人百姓和秦朝宗室，刘邦也没有大肆杀戮。对秦人留下的财富，刘邦也是封锁府库，保留老秦人留下的遗产。刘邦的种种作为，深得关中百姓人心。自古得民心者得天下，刘邦深得关中百姓人心，他们自然支持刘邦。其三，章邯不得人心。与刘邦得人心形成鲜明对比的项羽，遭到关中百姓的憎恨。项羽杀掉了秦人的王子婴，一把火烧了老秦人几百年辛苦建立的咸阳，关中地区遭到破坏。巨鹿之战后不久，面对章邯的二十万投降的秦军，项羽下令杀掉，项羽杀降的做法，遭到关中人的憎恨。而造成二十万秦军被杀的一个原因，就是章邯的投降，如果章邯没有投降项羽，这二十万秦军未必会死的如此窝囊。关中百姓恨项羽，也恨章邯。如今，项羽分封秦军的三个降将为关中的王，老百姓们在强权的压制下不敢吭声，实际上早就想换主人了。

一方面是深得人心又有实力的汉军，另一方面是章邯不得人心，在军事能力上又比不过韩信，这种情况就算多拥有了一些地盘，也无济于事。对此，大家认为呢？
