昨日下午，七号线应天大街至莫愁湖方向发生瞬间失电故障且伴有异响，并非像网友所说的爆炸声，工作人员及时疏导乘客在莫愁湖站站台下车，无人员受伤。该列车清客后即退出运营，全线运营秩序即恢复正常。

经排查分析，初步判断故障原因为接触网与列车弓网关系导致短路失电。后续，南京地铁将进一步做好各设施设备巡检维保，保证设备状态可靠平稳，保障乘客安全出行。带来不便，深表歉意。

据介绍，南京地铁7号线中段于12月28日开通初期运营，全线实现贯通运营。至此，南京地铁运营总里程由近473公里增加至近484公里，车站总数由226座增加至234座。
